From Bruce Baird’s Mission Statement on his Resume:

Amanda (my wife) and I see our ministry, our mission, and our work not so much as something we do but rather who and what we are because of God.  We try to seize everyday activities and turn them into opportunities to demonstrate and teach God’s love.  We desire to live our lives by principles such as kindness, generosity, faithfulness, honesty, integrity, and trust.  Amanda and I strive to keep our lives consistent with the Gospel we speak about.  We try to adhere to Peter’s instruction for all Christians (2 Peter 1:1-12) in order to be effective in ministry.

We see our ministry as being threefold: to remain in Jesus and Jesus in us; to spend time, effort and energy edifying and strengthening the Lord’s Body; and to seek and save the lost.  Our ultimate goal is to glorify the Father by the lives we live, wherever we live them.

We will be welcoming Bruce, Amanda and their family starting their ministry here at King's Orchard on November 2, 2014. May God bless them and our family here at King's Orchard in the days, months and years to come.
