Praise the Lord.
Praise the Lord, you his servants; praise the name of the Lord. Let the name of the Lord be praised, both now and forevermore. From the rising of the sun to the place where it sets, the name of the Lord is to be praised. The Lord is exalted over all the nations, his glory above the heavens. Who is like the Lord our God, the One who sits enthroned on high, who stoops down to look on the heavens and the earth? He raises the poor from the dust and lifts the needy from the ash heap; he seats them with princes, with the princes of his people. He settles the childless woman in her home as a happy mother of children. Praise the Lord.

A Song of Ascents.Out of the depths I have cried to You, Lord.
Lord, hear my voice! Let Your ears be attentive To the sound of my pleadings. If You, Lord, were to keep account of guilty deeds, Lord, who could stand? But there is forgiveness with You, So that You may be revered. I wait for the Lord, my soul waits, And I wait for His word. My soul waits in hope for the Lord More than the watchmen for the morning; Yes, more than the watchmen for the morning. Israel, wait for the Lord; For with the Lord there is mercy, And with Him is abundant redemption. And He will redeem Israel From all his guilty deeds. https://www.disasterreliefeffort.org/donate - With Hurricane Helene devastating a large portion of southeastern U.S., Churches of Christ Disaster Relief Effort, Inc.
